Charging My E-cigarette Battery: FAQs

Just like your phone, your e-cigarette battery needs to be charged. The good news is that you probably don't have to charge your e-cigarette as often as your phone, but getting it right is important. Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers you will often encounter.

Yes. Your e-cigarette starter kit comes complete with a filter, rechargeable lithium battery, and USB charger. When you get the battery, it's about 60% charged, so you can start using it right away. When you inhale, you will notice the LED light on the end of the e-cigarette glows. Once it starts blinking a few times, it's time to charge the battery.

Charging an e-cigarette is a very simple process. Just unscrew the cartridge from the battery and put it in your case for later use. Then, gently screw the battery into the USB charger, then plug the USB charger into the computer to charge. Your computer must be turned on to charge the battery. The LED light will stay on while the battery is charging. When charging is complete, the LED light will turn off. After the LED light turns off, you can safely eject and unplug the USB charger from your computer. Then gently screw the battery out of the USB charger to screw it back into the cartridge. You can now use e-cigarettes again!

On average, it takes 2 to 2.5 hours to fully charge the battery. You'll know it's fully charged when the LED light turns off. If you need your e-cigarette urgently, you can charge it for a while, but we recommend that you always charge it fully to ensure longer battery life.

A full charge provides up to 150 puffs. 5 to 7 inhalations are equivalent to a full cigarette, so it depends on your usage. For light users, the battery charge should last more than 24 hours. It should last 8 hours for medium users and 3 hours for heavy users.
